NLTG can help you hire a Customer Services Apprentice in the Wirral

  1. The many upsides of hiring an apprentice recruit are now well-established amongst UK employers. Several decades ago, it was sometimes thought that recruiting an apprentice was an option solely available to organisations in certain industries, such as those practising trades such as General Manufacturing. While this is still an advantageous and preferred recruitment method for companies in these fields, the apprenticeship route is now a common and strategically beneficial means of onboarding fresh apprentice talent in fields like Customer Service. A keen and able Customer Service apprentice can be a valuable addition to any business with a client-facing element. NLTG supplies companies in the Wirral region with Customer Service apprentices at an Intermediate Level 2, or at a higher Level 3. This enables Wirral businesses to hire fresh and eager apprentice recruits who are committed to applying their acquired skills within your workplace, while gaining valuable industry experience.
  2. Everyone understands how much a poor customer service experience can have a detrimental impact upon a company’s bottom line and profits. Without a helpful professional to uphold the values of your Wirral business, there’s a chance that your clients are not aware of all the value propositions offered by your company. An NLTG Level 2 or 3 Customer Service apprentice is dedicated to learning the specific particulars of your business, so as to be able to deliver a high level of knowledgeable assistance to your clientele. If you’re the owner of your Wirral business, you’ll know exactly the ways in which your company can cater to clients’ needs and wants- so you’ll understand how important it can be to flexibly train an employee from day one.

An apprenticeship programme is cost-effective because it assists your company in cutting down on the expenses of recruiting. This is because NLTG apprentices, such as those in our Customer Service apprenticeship programme, are simple to hire and ready to work for your business from the get go. From the very start your new Customer Service apprentice recruit will train within your offices, right on your doorstep, which completely removes the need to invest in travel expenses and time. In most cases, the government is able to financially cover the costs associated with their training. Even better, Wirral businesses are entitled to £1,000 monetary incentive per apprentice recruited!

Recruiting an NLTG Customer Service apprentice often has intangible benefits, such as the knock-on effect which your company’s increased productivity can have on overall organisational morale. If your current staff are able to hand over some day-to-day activities to your new apprentice recruit, your new hire has a chance to learn while freeing up your current workforce to focus on higher level tasks. Because fresh and hungry apprentice recruits are often strongly committed to their employers, your organisation will continue to benefit from hiring an apprentice as he or she gains recognised qualifications and progresses upwards within your firm. With such dedicated employees, it’s unsurprising that many of NLTG’s employers often report reduced turnover and loyal workers!
