Typical responsibilities within these roles include computer maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software, using software packages/bespoke systems and supporting other IT users in the business via IT Help Desks.

Digital marketing is a dynamic field of marketing which involves the promotion of products and services through a variety of digital channels. Job roles include Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketer, Social Media Executive, Email Marketing and Analytics Executive.

Typical tasks involve designing, building and implementing digital campaigns and working on a variety of social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.

Case Study

Rebecca Lindsay at L'Oreal

My job role at L'Oreal involves working on the background of the order systems. Since starting my IT Apprenticeship here, I have constantly been learning new skills which have helped me take on more responsibilities. I thought an Apprenticeship would be good for me to try something new, I can learn on the job and gain work experience. I would definitely recommend it as i am very happy in mine.
