Food Safety Level 2 and 3

Course Overview

Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers to ensure the food they serve or sell is safe to eat. Anyone working in a catering setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled is required to have a food safety qualification.

What's Included?

• 1 day tuition for the Level 2 Award. 3 days tuition for the Level 3 Award.
• Final exam.
• Registration and Certification with Highfield.
• Delivery at NLTG in Accrington. Numbers permitting, this course can be delivered on company premises.

Qualification Gained

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering.

Cost

Level 2 - £60 per person plus VAT.
Level 3 - £220 per person plus VAT.
