Course Overview

Upholstery training can be tailored to specific needs as required but generally would cover one-to-one practical guidance and demonstration across a range of upholstery methods and processes.

The course may cover: design ideas and planning; preparation of frames and materials; matching and cutting top cover and linings; construction and build-up of foundations and fillings; alignment and tensioning of top covers within a range of upholstered items; and finishing methods and materials. Basic sewing guidance and tuition could also be included if required.

What's Included?

• Full day tuition.
• Delivery at NLTG in Accrington. Numbers permitting, this course can be delivered on company premises.
