NLTG can help you hire a Business Administration Apprentice in Leeds

Invoicing, document creation, responding to customer queries…all essential to running a business. But as firms grow, they are tasks that increasingly need to be delegated. If you’re hoping to hire a talented Business Admin Apprentice in Leeds who can take over these tasks effectively, NLTG can find you the perfect candidate.

UK firms are operating in increasingly dynamic business environments and the demand for staff who can keep things running efficiently is growing, too. Our NLTG Business Admin Apprentices are bright young secondary school graduates who can help you with paperwork, admin processes, and even provide new perspectives to streamline how things are done. So, if you are finding yourself increasingly focused on the ‘bigger picture’ for your business, why not hire an apprentice today?

Over a quarter of a million UK companies have started hiring apprentices to fill up skills gaps in their firms so why are they hiring apprentices? it’s a figure that’s expected to rise as UK companies are realising the importance of developing talent internally. When you hire a Business Admin Apprentice in Leeds, you will have a fresh and focused new team member who can be trained in your firm’s unique techniques and approaches. They will have specialised knowledge and skills that relate to your individual company, often making them very quick to learn how to take on new tasks.

Hiring a committed and career-focused Business Admin Apprentice with NLTG can also give your business a head start over companies that choose external hires. Our apprentices have already fulfilled our NLTG English and Maths basic competence levels and are coming into the game with a drive and career-focus. Through working at your company, our apprentices can ‘get their hands dirty’ with real industry experience, while contributing to your business success. And as your apprentice learns more and more, they’ll eventually gain a Certificate or Diploma that makes them great candidates for a long-term position.

Worried about the cost? As big and small businesses across the UK are quickly realising, hiring an apprentice is actually a great move for your company’s bottom line. Developing talent inside the firm is an effective way to create motivated employees who will stay with you over time—helping you cut down on staff turnover and recruitment expenses. Plus, they are often a refreshing source of new ideas and add energy to your organization’s dynamic!

On top of the savings benefits, there are other ways the apprenticeship hiring pathway can provide your firm with a financial advantage. Hire a Business Admin Apprentice who is between 16 and 18 years old, and your firm will get £1000 from the government, paid in two equal instalments. You’ll also be entitled to apprenticeship funding, which is designed to help you make up any training expenses in a short timeframe.

As this £1000 incentive applies to each apprentice between 16 and 18 years of age that your firm hires, it’s possible to benefit from training more than one apprentice. NLTG also has exceptional apprentice hires who are hoping to join your company in areas such as Retail, General Manufacturing, Furniture Occupations, Business Improvement Techniques, Glass Occupations, Information Technology, Customer Service, Catering and Hospitality, Team Leading and Management, and Warehouse and Logistics. NLTG provide training in the Leeds area for your current employees

Given the many advantages of developing your team in-house, increasingly more Leeds firms are looking at better ways to upskill. We at NLTG know that upskilling your staff is strategically important, but we also realise the hassles of sending your employees off-site to learn. After all, why should apprentices be the only ones enjoying the benefits of on-the-job training?

Our NLTG upskilling pathways are a great opportunity for your company to train and develop its staff in your workplace. They can further their knowledge of the same uniquely relevant approaches and methods while picking up brand new capabilities in different areas. As one example, a talented admin officer in your firm may already know all about how things get done in your office. By enrolling in NLTG’s Business Improvement Techniques upskilling pathway, they can learn how to enhance and further improve them at the same time!

Our upskilling pathways take place in your Leeds offices and your staff will receive nationally accredited qualifications on their successful completion. To learn more, visit our upskilling page or get in touch!
