Description

• As part of our team, you'll ensure every customer receives a great experience from the outset, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills with the desire to resolve a customer's query to their satisfaction, whatever this may be.
• Responsible for successfully executing the day to day running of all customer communications within HU. These communications will be delivered via phone, email, direct mail, social media and live chat.
• The ability to multi task and work within a fast paced environment along with excellent organisational skills.
• Communicating with customers to advise them of stock availability, lead times and delivery dates whilst managing their expectations.
• Confident with responding to social media posts and using the live chat function.
• Offer guidance and advice to our customers along with a strong sales mindset.
