• To place orders from emails, and telephone calls on the system.
• To complete dispatching on order sales.
• To be the face of Dugdale Nutrition when greeting customers in the warehouse shop
• To control the shared email box Bag orders and monitor all incoming and outgoing emails and place orders from there onto the gold system.
• To gradually become aware of the trends in ordering to provide information for production.
• To create a working relationship with Dugdale sales team and DN customers to provide a proactive approach to the ordering process.
• To provide cover during absence or holiday periods

No formal qualifications required.

The company will provide full PPE and some uniform, we do have healthcare packages once the probationary period has finished. There is free parking on site and we offer Fresh fruit each week to all employees.
There are out of work activities that you can get involved in most are done for charities and some are for training. We do offer additional training this will include product training and advancement training. We are very proud of the apprentices we have had come through the business as all apprentice's have stayed with us and moved into different departments with in the business to further their career as the opportunities are always there to enable this to happen. The team the candidate will be working with will be 4 but this will stretch as we are a happy bunch and we all work as one big team.
