Description

UPS Building & Maintenance have an opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality support to our finance department.
Applicants must demonstrate a real commitment to customer service, be well-organised, and have IT and communication skills.

Business administration means handling day-to-day tasks to ensure a business runs smoothly.

Typical tasks could include:
• Data entry to assist with Purchase ledger & chasing of supplier invoices.
• Generating monthly tool deduction spreadsheet.
• Bonus sheets for operatives
• Taking calls & speaking with Operatives, customers & suppliers.
• Using a system later to produce our Social media.
• Generating company Newsletter.
• Scanning invoices to Xero & our management system.
• Liasing with site managers to produce and update the monthly Bonus for operatives.
• Raising PO’s.
• Managing and Monitoring emails.

Requirements

• Time management skills
• Highly motivated
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with customers on the phone
• Microsoft Experience

Educational Requirements

GCSE grade 4-9 Maths and English
