Due to our continued success, we are looking to add to our first-class Learner and Employer Engagement Team and appoint a Business Administration Apprenticeship Tutor.

Title: Business Administration Apprenticeship Tutor

Job Type: Full time/permanent

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to grow the talent of the next generation?

Applicants must have experience of apprenticeship delivery or extensive sector experience in an administrative role.  Whilst not essential, some experience of supervising, training and developing staff would be an advantage. This experience will ideally be current but must have been within the last 3 years.

The successful applicant will deliver training to apprentices in the workplace, primarily the Business Administrator standard.

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices.

This encompasses training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to the end point assessment

You will be required to identify opportunities to bring in more vacancies and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.
