Description

• To be fully conversant with all Housing Units distribution centre/warehousing procedures and facilitate the improvement thereof. Such feedback should be provided regularly to a Manager.
• Unloading shipping containers within a time limit
• Checking and building furniture ready for despatch
• Assisting our customers with their collections and loading into their vehicles
• At all times should seek to operate in line with a ‘clear floor’ policy. This should include the exterior of any buildings/sites and also the vehicle boxes.
• To assist in the provision of support to any retail functions of Housing Units at all times.
• To ensure that all goods are delivered in perfect condition and that all relevant company documents are completed in the correct way.
• Demonstrate a firm commitment to achieving and exceeding DC quality targets.
