The DN Store Administrator is responsible for day-to-day customer care within the DN Store. The Store Assistant will use excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and will always be polite and presentable.

• Liaise with customers in the DN Store
• Facilitate transactions in the retail environment using point of sale software
• Ensure customers in the DN Store are served in a professional and polite manner
• Ensure the DN Store is always clean and presentable
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Undertake general housekeeping duties within the DN Store
• Input and despatch of orders
• Invoicing of orders
• Input of online and telephone orders into the DPD system
• Assist with the packaging of online orders if required
• Send out dog food sample and product information requests
• Monitor dog food stock levels in conjunction with the Warehouse Operatives to ensure we always have adequate stock of all product lines and avoid run outs
• Deal with WuffitMix breeder scheme applications and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Create product displays in store when required
• Ensure dog food samples, gundog equipment and Lick N Mix display are clean, tidy, and presentable always
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment by following DN standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
• Undertake other reasonable duties for the DN Store as required by the Packaged Product Manager
