• Processing customer orders
• Dealing with customer queries
• Stock and price enquiries
• Proactive sales duties, speaking customers
• Filing
• Shredding
• Laminating
• Booking parcels with couriers
• Meeting and greeting customers on site
• Make refreshments
• General housekeeping if needed

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable
• Reliable
• Hardworking and willingness to learn
• Computer literate
• Confident dealing with customers, face to face, telephone and emails
• Public transport available with a 2-3 minute walk to the office
