Our aim is to implement continual improvement initiatives in our service and performance, ensuring that we work to the highest standards of safety efficiently and economically whilst being mindful of finite resources and our environment.

• To manage customer enquiries from initial stage through to successful conversion of order
• Build relationships with our current customer base
• Complete take-offs from mechanical drawings
• Input take-offs into estimate sheet to create quotations for projects
• Chase quotations with clients and update CRM system
• Make outbound calls to dormant and new accounts in order to generate enquiries
• Liaise with internal and external staff on a daily basis
Ideally we would like someone based in our offices four days per week with one day per week devoted to off the job learning, e.g. going to site with engineers, meeting customers etc.
