Family run business, trading for 40 years on the same site.

Started off refurbishing vacuum cleaners and now refurbish just about any item from a vacuum cleaner to a Christmas tree.

• General customer service emails on various selling platforms – This will include customer questions about delivery, stock that we sell, complaints, requests for spare parts. They will be looking into delivery status with carrier firms. These are just examples.
• Handling returned items to our warehouse and dealing with a customer’s request (refund/replacement/repair)
• Handling post through Royal mail – this will include some picking and packing (lightweight items)
• Dealing with telephone calls
• Other administration tasks when required
• Full training will be provided

• Basic numeracy and literacy are essential to succeeding in this role
• The ideal candidate is hard working and able to work as part of a team.
• Computer skills and working knowledge of Excel would be a significant advantage.
