Description

• Responding to emails.
• Weekly reports.
• Answering calls inbound and outbound.
• Filing and archiving.
• Entering customer data on the system.
• Administration duties.
• Helping customers with queries.
• Product and design knowledge.
• Eventually taking card payments over the phone.
• General customer service duties.

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable.
• Willingness to learn.
• Timekeeping and punctuality.
• Working under pressure during peak times.
• Working in a small team in an office.
• Confident dealing with customers on the phone.

No formal qualifications required.
