Specialist Lines Limited are an innovative and forward thinking Loss Adjusting Company looking for a Trainee Claims Technician to work alongside our specialist and friendly team from our head office in Bury.

Description

• Setting up claims on the internal system.
• Telephone answering.
• Digital filing.
• Speaking to clients.
• Data input.
• Adjuster support with all aspects of Admin function.
• Emails and helping with query resolution calls.
• Scanning.

Requirements

• Work as part of a team with a "can do attitude".
• Willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in output.
• Willingness to multi task.

Educational Requirements

No formal qualifications required (English GCSE desired).

Additional Info

Private Healthcare after 6 months.
Death in service after 6 months.
25 days + bank holidays.
Incentive bonus after 6 and 12 months if eligibility criteria is met.
Company pension scheme 6% employer contribution 4% employee.
