We are looking for a Trainee Supervisory Agent to support our IVA Supervisory team. This role will consist of
• Contacting our existing customers who are due to undergo a financial review as part of their existing financial solution
• Factfinding about the customers situation and availability to discuss their account, before passing along to a Supervisory Agent, who will complete the call.
Experience within the financial services industry is preferable, though not necessary; just a positive attitude and the desire to succeed! Extensive training is provided for this position with a view to quick progression within the company

• You have experience in a phone-based role
• You have the ability to learn and develop your skills quickly
• You can communicate in professional manner with a variety of customers
• You are self-motivated and have the desire to progress
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment

No formal qualifications required.
