The Hair Dr Clinics are a private independent practice specialising in hair restoration and diagnostic services. We provide surgeon-led medical treatment to address both the physical and psychological symptoms of hair loss. We seek the best outcome for each of our patients, based on their personal needs and expectations. Sometimes, that doesn’t involve a transplant.
This is a state-of-the-art hair transplant surgical facility that has purposely been renovated for hair transplantation. Red Hall Manor is located approximately 6.5km (4 miles) to the northeast of Leeds City centre, just off the A58 Wetherby Road close to its junction with the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road. The new East Leeds Orbital Road (ELOR) links the property directly to the M1.

Description

As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, implementing and managing The Hair Drs digital marketing strategy, that enables us to engage with a wider audience both here in the UK and abroad. And which in turn will grow revenue and enhance brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilising digital marketing strategies, you will plan and execute numerous marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring their impact and effectiveness;
• The development of engaging video and static content which demonstrates the professional nature of our services and explains the patient journey. This includes online adverts, viral Youtube videos or any online marketing campaign;
• Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis;
• Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers;
• Analysing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results;
• Setting up & managing paid-ad campaigns, as well as organic Ad campaigns;
• Setting up tracking (such as pixels, analytics etc) to determine how each campaign is performing, and reporting results;
• Preparing weekly reports showing number of new leads by campaigns, sources, cost per lead etc & present to the Management Team;
• Integrate all platforms so the information is synced and uniform;
• Delivering leads to the business on a daily basis;
• Engaging & building our audience across all our social platforms and managing their day-to-day activity;
• Building funnels that drive leads to the business;
• Growing our brand through blog posts, content outreach and PR opportunities;
• Collaborating with colleagues on Digital Strategy and further marketing opportunities.
