Description

• Day to day monitoring and maintenance of all online marketing business drivers, PPC, Paid Social and Display.
• Get involved in the planning, creation, editing and publishing engaging content across all digital platforms.
• Support social media marketing with day to day community management and content creation for various social channels and brands.
• Provide recommendations based on the analysis of digital marketing initiatives to improve customer experiences and increase ROI and customer loyalty.
• Manage ad spend within set budgets and make recommendations on digital marketing investment.
• Deliver ROI against KPIs.
• Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reviewing and approving campaign ad copy and ensuring this is in line with brand guidelines.
• Support email marketing initiatives in the build, testing and monitoring of email campaigns.
• Support SEO activities including keyword monitoring and content creation.
• Fulfilling copywriting requirements as and when needed
• Keeping up to date with Google Analytics and Google Search Console platforms, working with other team members to gain the most valuable insights
• Carrying out competitor research and analysis regularly to inform or amend strategy
• Carrying out monthly and ad hoc reporting
• Work with the Marketing Manager on the brands’ content strategy.
• Contribute to content ideation sessions and recommendations for high performing content.
• Collaborate on a technical roadmap of ongoing website developments and improvements.
