The King William, Turton, overlooking the Jumbles Country Park and nestled within the Pennines.

With an attractive open plan bar and dining area, it is popular for drinkers, diners and walkers with a cosy country feel as well as a dining terrace offering exquisite views over the local countryside. And we haven’t forgotten our four-legged friends! We offer a doggy menu, with 50p from each item being donated to Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary.

Using locally soured ingredients, our chefs have created an original menu for all tastes, whether it’s a light lunch or dining out with friends and family. Our regular changing specials offer a unique touch and creative flair which really brings our chefs into their own.

Working alongside 2 qualified chefs, duties will include:

•Food preparation in the morning
•Stock check
•Adhering to strict food hygiene and H& S regulations
•Getting involved in themed evenings and specialities
•Using fresh ingredients on a daily basis
•Cleaning down duties
•Team working
•Service throughout the day which is fast paced

No formal qualifications required.

•20 days plus plus time off in lieu of bank holidays worked
