An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing multichannel UK Retailer and Manufacturer based near Manchester.
Following year on year online and offline sales growth, Forest Sofa Ltd is searching for a marketing Apprentice to assist and support the marketing manager with general marketing day-day tasks, and further support in generating company growth through new indicatives.
As a Marketing Apprentice, we want you to support the marketing team with generating sales and representing all the brands under the Forest Sofa Ltd umbrella.

Description

• Implementing SEO best practices across all company websites.
• Maintaining / updating social media accounts and engaging with customers through a variety of social media channels.
• Creation of engaging content for online use using SEO best practice such a blogs, online articles. Offline content may be required, such as articles, brochure content etc.
• Creation / distribution and maintenance of e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Keyword research.
• Analytic tasks using programmes such as MOZ analytics.
• Photography of products.
• Maintaining and editing company websites. Using programmes such as Magento and WordPress.
• Uploading or removing products to the company website.
• Creating / managing eBay listings of miscellaneous items such as fabrics / leather offcuts.

Requirements

•Competent with the use of Adobe Photoshop or similar software
•Experience working in a retail / office environment ideal.
•Occasionally you may be asked to work from our Blackburn site, or participate in location based activities such attending a photo shoot, or customer venue.

Educational Requirements

•Min GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent
•Min GCSE Maths Grade C or above or equivalent
