We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Programme Co-ordinator to join our Central Account Team. The account is a Global Strategic Client for Sodexo, operating in 100 sites over 30 countries.

Description

• Support the Global Transformation Lead in administering and checking compliance of all programme governance and management methodology and tools.
• Support and coordinate project implementation meetings as required.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements throughout project activities.
• Ensure PMO activities are undertaken regularly and efficiently, such as central documentation storage, meeting administration and arrangement, and other PMO activities as requested by the Global Transformation Lead or Operational Leads
• Manage documentation and plans to ensure consistency
• Define and follow the programme’s governance framework to support successful deployment of the project or programme.
• Highlight any issues or risks which may impact the successful delivery of the programme, ensuring business continuity during implementation of initiatives
• Support the building of training materials
• Coordinate and monitor programme/ project comms

Requirements

• Mostly remote working- the ability to travel to Thorpe Park area in Leeds for meetings when required.

Essential:
• Meet entry level requirements (minimum 3 GCSE’s A-C grade including Maths + English)
• Computer literacy – Microsoft 365 - Excel PowerPoint, Outlook and TEAMs
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Highly organised and responsive, with ability to deliver under pressure
• Ability to work manage workload in both a self-directed manner and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn

Desirable:
• Some knowledge of project planning and coordination
• Process mapping techniques
• Driving Licence

Educational Requirements

You will play a key role in supporting the planning and governance of the implementation of our Global Transformation Roadmap. The role will support a number of deployment initiatives such a digital solutions, people focussed strategies, operational excellence programmes and sustainability innovation. You will provide and analyse management information to ensure progress is reportable and the account aims for continuous improvement are met.
