Description

• Assisting with the Marketing Team admin duties
• Excel data entry – keep a log of all inbound leads generated from the Marketing activity, compile web traffic statistics, dashboard reports, and other Marketing KPIs
• Updating external websites and company intranet with latest job vacancies
• Updating intranet with upcoming events, new starters, news and relevant documents
• Assist with the implementation of the company’s social media plan
• Basic web design (HTML5, WordPress, & Magento) to help Maintain, Improve & Optimize the Group’s existing websites
• Optimization, cleaning and manipulation of product photos using Adobe Photoshop
• Design flyers, posters, and banners for social media
• Sourcing and writing stories for the company newsletter and producing of internal news pieces
• Help with the organisation of events (trade shows, corporate golf day, internal awards ceremonies, fundraising events, etc)
• Help with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns (Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimization, Email campaigns, etc)
• Contribute to the Group’s online & offline marketing strategies
• Assisting the wider marketing team with ad-hoc duties
• Being an internal and external brand ambassador
