Key responsibilities involved in the role include;
• Front line support for all IT queries & concerns
• Resolving user issues
• Managing system infrastructure & architecture
• Conducting network maintenance
• Managing user applications & setting up new users
• Developing new workflows
• Integrations between Web API's and CRM. (JavaScript, Progress)
