This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to grow the next generation of Leaders and Managers?

Applicants must have experience of apprenticeship delivery or extensive sector experience in leading and managing teams of people, Whilst not essential, some experience of supervising, training and developing staff would be an advantage. This experience will ideally be current but must have been within the last 3 years.

The successful applicant will deliver training to apprentices in the workplace, for learners who are undertaking the Team Leader Apprenticeship and the Operations Manager Apprenticeship standard.

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role will be to deliver high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal review of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to end point assessment

You will be required to identify opportunities to bring in more vacancies and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.
