NLTG Apprentice is first on new Customer Service Standard

North Lancs Training Group are celebrating the registration of Apprentice Jenii Sturgeon on to the new Customer Service Standard…but this is no ordinary registration.

Jenii is the first Apprentice in the whole UK to be registered on the new City & Guilds Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard.

The new Customer Service Standard has been designed by employers. These include Boots UK, the Institute of Customer Service, Berkeley Homes Ltd, BT plc and also Superdrug Stores plc. This is to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and satisfaction. On completion, apprentices are also eligible to join the Institute of Customer Service at professional level.

Said Jenii, “I’m delighted to be the first in the country to study this new Customer Service Standard.  At NLTG we pride ourselves on our high level of professionalism. I feel this Apprenticeship will enhance my current skills and also ensure I deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.”
