Employee of the Year 2018 - Stuart Gower

There were many reasons for Stuarts award, including the fact that he conscientiously carried out tasks to save the company money throughout the year. During the summer, he was on the roof of our Head Office making sure all the drains were clean ready for the winter. He also took on the task of stripping and servicing each machine in the CoVE as he had done this in previous jobs. This was carried out over a four-week period, while still maintaining his other jobs in hand.

An NLTG manager commented, “I have always found Stuart insightful, fully committed and positive with regards to improving teaching and learning, not just within his own team but in other teams as well. Despite having a full workload in his own job role, he is always helping others where he can.”

NLTG’s Senior Apprenticeship Manager said, “He is always willing to go the extra mile and overall, runs the CoVE to a high standard.”

Congratulations Stuart, on achieving NLTG’s Employee of the Year Award.
