Description

You will
• Handle employee queries effectively, responding in a timely manner and providing excellent levels of customer service
• Be involved in many tasks such as onboarding, right to work checks, filing, employees’ general queries, contract amendments, tracking sickness, processing secondments/sabbaticals/additional payments & rewards.
• Support with employment references, confirming start dates and ensuring that all paperwork is received back from new recruit
• Initiate new starter onboarding process ensuring all paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner
• Track all starters, leavers, transfers and promotions and ensure that all internal systems are updated and relevant administration processes are completed
• Manage workflows of all monthly payroll information into HR information system (HRIS)
• Take responsibility for auditing all HR systems ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage and update administration around all types of leave e.g. maternity leave, paternity leave
• Provide general administrative support for all HR processes including performance and pay reviews, maintenance of staff remuneration records, sickness and absence monitoring etc

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in an ever changing environment
• Pro-activity and ability to use initiative in resolving issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, remaining calm and professional at all times
• Energetic team player
• Ability to deal with all matters confidentially and diplomatically
• Ability to set up, use and bring forward systems
• Intermediate Excel and experience of using database
