• General administration
• Responding to general email queries
• Answering the general sales line
• Liaising with GC customers for delivery notes and/or invoice queries
• Processing orders on SAGE – delivery notes
• Liaising with nursery staff on a regular basis
• Checking off transport company invoices for number of trollies delivered to each GC
• Assisting the Sales Team with order queries, delivery notes & any general customer queries
• Processing Homebase orders when needed
• Discretion and confidentiality always maintained
• Other tasks as and when requested
