• Scope and methods of adapting dishes

• Cooking methods with Meat, Poultry, soups and sauces
• Hot and Cold Deserts.

Requirements

• Motivated and Enthusiastic with the desire to learn
• Be a key part of the New Waggoners Team
• Must have the required transport as the restaurant is out of town
