Description

Apprentice Fleet Administrator will be working as part of an established team, you will provide support to the Marlowe Fleet Manager and your job role will include:

• Processing of penalty charge notices and speeding fines
• Ordering of new fuel cards and cancelling old ones where necessary
• Raising of purchase orders and send to relevant suppliers
• Monitoring of external driving licence checks and to report any non-compliance
• Arrange for any remedial work to be carried out on any spare vehicles as & when necessary, before re-allocation back into the fleet
• Supporting updates on Marlowe fleet portal
• Supporting GEOTAB engine-management / vehicle compliance

You will be a confident administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. Previous experience of working in the fleet industry would be beneficial however, full training will be provided. You will have good IT skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Marlowe Critical Services are currently hiring for an Apprentice Fleet Administrator (Apprentice NVQ Level 3) duration 18 months contract with the opportunity for a full time role within the Fleet department at the end of the course and achieving the Business Admin Level Standard.
