As an apprentice Chef you will be supported by a Senior Chef in your learning and understanding of the kitchen whilst completing the Commis Chef Level 2 qualification.

You will be working;
• In a large-scale fresh food environment, using local suppliers and in house butchers.
• Creating daily specials to accommodate our 5 food outlets catering for 1000s customers per day
• Be working as part of a back of house team of 30 colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of kitchens to work and gain knowledge:
Main kitchen, Deli & prep kitchen, Bakery, Pastry, Bistro, Tapas and seasonal pop-up street food stalls.

No formal qualifications required.

• Rota basis - of working alternate weekends (1 Saturday and Sunday every fortnight)
