• Answering customer emails: Checking the status of deliveries, resolving any issues with defective products, dealing with inquiries and other general questions in an efficient manner.
• Answering customer phone calls: checking the status of deliveries, helping customers place orders and general queries. Whilst maintaining our excellent customer service company standards.
• Processing customer returns; checking for contents, damage etc. Processing the return and updating our records in an efficient manner.
• Assisting office staff with their duties; processing supplier delivery forms, assisting in online stock replenishment ETC.
• Assisting office staff with the maintenance of our online marketplaces.
• Taking messages in an efficient & professional manner.
• Learning to manage various data sets with Excel.
• General Admin duties
