Description

• Assist in ensuring that ASET team systems are robust, continually developed and maintained, within the scope of statutory funding guidance and NLTG working practices - including Employer Agreements and payment models.
• Providing support to employers to set up and navigate the Apprenticeship Service digital accounts to ensure that Apprentices are approved, and payments are facilitated via digital accounts (reservation of funds/ approvals/change of circumstances).
• Ensuring all employer co investment invoices are raised accurately and are checked against ASET systems.
• Ensure correct data entry particularly with TNP records, Learning Support Funding, correct levels applied for Functional Skills qualifications to ensure compliance with condition of funding rules.
Assisting with checks that ensures that only eligible Employers and Apprentices receive Government incentive payments.
• Supporting learners to onboard onto Apprenticeship programmes.
• Accurately processing start paperwork to ensure all required details are present and meet compliance/audit requirements. This includes processing Health & Safety
• Assessment documentation for employers, recording on MIS and storing all documentation in NLTGs electronic storage system required for the Apprentice evidence pack.
• Timely registration of learners with the relevant Awarding Organisation/End Point Assessment Organisation.
• Supporting the processes for the timely claiming of individual qualifications and final Apprenticeship claims and issue certificates once received.
• Supporting the end of programme process ensuring all leaver documentation is archived in secure electronic folder, as required for the relevant funding stream and is audit ready.
• Provide general administrative support (photocopying/ scanning/ printing and binding of documentation) and processing post/ invoices where required.
• Provide an effective and professional reception service (both face to face and telephone service) ensure visitors are always welcomed whilst maintaining security of the building (electronic sign in and out/ visitor badges issued/ escorted to meetings,
etc).
• Provide an effective room booking service for Bradshawgate House and organise refreshments, equipment and general support for planned meetings.
• Where required assist with test invigilation and ensure completed tests are returned securely and safely to the Awarding Organisation

Requirements

• Knowledge/understanding of what working in an office environment involves
• Knowledge and understanding of Education and Skills Funding Agency programmes and funding rules
• Experience of using Microsoft or equivalent software packages (Word, Excel)
• Experience of Management Information Systems (i.e. YETI, Aptem or equivalent)
• Ability to manage own time effectively and prioritise tasks
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Organised
• Motivated and self driven
• Enthusiastic and professional
• Team worker

Educational Requirements

Business or IT related qualification desired.
