Screentek was established in 2002 manufacturing screening systems for desking. Approx five years ago Identity Furniture brand was launched and we now manufacture a full range of Office Furniture solutions. The company continues to grow year on year both in terms of product development and Turnover.

The apprentice will learn our SAP System which runs the accounting and manufacturing functions in the business.
Daily tasks include:-
•General Admin Duties
•Dealing with telephone calls
•Scanning Proof of Delivery Documents into the system
•Updating Training records
•Health and Safety records
•Filing
•Contacting customers with delivery information

•Confident speaking with customers
•Confident answering the telephone
•Have basic computer skills
•Good communication skills
•Punctual and reliable
•Ability to work well in a team

No formal qualification required.

The apprentice will work in an open plan office with a team of 12 other employees. On site training will be given on our SAP System, Health and Safety, Microsoft Office, Telephone and Email skills.
