PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - We are a Virtual PA company. We offer a very bespoke service for each of our clients, we act as their Personal Assistant but from our own offices. Its like a boss of a company having their own secretary, but we have 20 bosses (clients) and we all work from one office to support them. We manage our clients day to day office but virtually, from answering their telephone calls, management of their diary, manage their website, make appointments, book flights, hotels, travel, manage a project (house/office move, event coordination) complete purchase orders, collate and manage expenses, process and manage bookings and payments; You name it we do it.

Our company Strapline is "Making your life easier" which is what we do for each of our valued clients. From taking a simple telephone call to ensuring an effective flow of communication with their business alongside other staff members, and their Directors.

Description

We are a Virtual PA company. We offer a very bespoke service for each of our clients, we act as their Personal Assistant but from our own offices. Duties would include;

We manage our clients day to day office but virtually, from answering their telephone calls, management of their diary, manage their website, make appointments, book flights, hotels, travel, manage a project (house/office move, event coordination) complete purchase orders, collate and manage expenses, process and manage bookings and payments.

Working full time and one Saturday per month (paid extra for this) we require an efficient and respected member to join our small team. This very busy role requires excellent organisational and communication skills.

Full in-house training is provided of database systems.

Requirements

• You must be presentable.
• You will have an excellent telephone manner, along with good IT and organisational skills, administration and telephone experience with a good knowledge.
• You must be a strong Administrator, but more importantly a strong communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• You must have a skill set that will encompass an excellent telephone manner, sound IT and analytical skills, and the ability to think on your feet, as you will work with an array of clients within various different sectors.

Additional Info

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Performance related bonus available every 12 weeks for the first 6 months along with incentives such a driving lessons following the first year.
