Description

The ideal applicant will be trained to:
• Involvement in the preparation and cooking a range of meals/dishes in line with school menu
• Soups
• Prepare Veg
• Cooking a variety of meat, poultry, fish
• Preparing and making a variety of deserts
• Food Safety requirements
• Preparing front counter in readiness for service
