Motordrive manufactures and upholsters seats for competition motorsport. We are a small friendly business where everyone is encouraged to be part of the team and take pride in their work. You will be working in a manufacturing environment, using small tools, templates and adhesives. The core role will be to mount, pad and cover motorsport seats. Tasks will include:
• drill and mount seat shells
• pad seats with foam according to customer requirements
• clean and polish seats
• cover seats
• quality inspection
• cutting out fabric using pattern templates
• packing goods ready for shipping
• cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery
• support to composite manufacturing of shells
