Description

• Handle and process incoming calls
• Outgoing calls to clients
• Inputting data on the system
• Working towards KPI's
• Organising data/System work
• Dealing with enquiries
• Send messages in real time to clients via email
• Provide a professional and friendly point of contact for our clients customers
• General admin duties

Requirements

• Strong communication skills are essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pre defined KPI's
• Excellent organisational skills to efficiently process and deliver messages
• Basic computer skills
•The ability to effectively collaborate with team members
