• Updating stock information on the Sage 200 computer system in a timely and accurate manner. This is both through the GRN process and works order process.
• Ensuring items received against items ordered are checked for quality and quantity. Raise any issues asap.
• Checking stock accuracy regularly through cycle counting processes.
• Reporting on stock accuracy weekly and addressing inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure stock is labelled currently at the good in stage.
• Ensure stocks of production consumables are in stock at an appropriate level at all times.
