As an Apprentice Furniture Sprayer, you will learn the skills and techniques required to prepare and spray furniture to a high standard. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands on experience in surface preparation, colour mixing and spray application, contributing to the production of beautifully finished furniture.

• Assist in preparing furniture surfaces for spraying (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)
• Learn to mix and apply various finishes including paints, stains, and lacquers
• Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organised spray booth and work area
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with the Upholstery Production Manager and team to meet production targets
• Participate in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a workshop environment (training provided)
