At North West Academies Trust, we are looking for a motivated and organised Business Admin Apprentice to join our small, friendly team at our Chester city centre office.
This role offers hands-on experience across a range of departments such as Communications/Marketing, Finance, and HR while working towards the achievement of Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

• Support the central office team with admin duties
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
• Liaise with schools, trustees, and external stakeholders
• Schedule meetings and events
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and meeting notes
• Support Communications Officer with planning and organising events
• Operating standard IT systems and equipment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Requirements

• 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including English and Maths
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage confidential information with discretion
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Social Media / Video knowledge desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
• Friendly and approachable
