Description

Working within a fast based environment:

• Everything is prepared from fresh
• Butchery, filleting fish and other seafood
• Whole animal butchery
• Outside events kitchen
• Coffee Shop//patiserie
• Hygiene maintenence
• Reporting to senior chef
• Basic preperation leading to more advanced level
• Sauce/stock making
• Full training is given
