Our experience of working with North Lancs Training Group has been excellent, starting from the initial planning stage where NLTG worked with ourselves to add business specific content to our ILM level 3 Team Leading programme. The course tutors and programme administration have been first class; we have regular progress meetings and updates on learner progress/issues which allows us to proactively ensure that our delegates keep on track with the programme content.

NLTG also worked closely with ourselves to design the programme schedule which delivers all of the required elements whilst also minimising impact on the day to day running of the business. As a 24/7 food manufacturing site with a varied range of shift patterns, flexibility was always going to be key factor in the delivery of this programme. NLTG have been fantastic in this respect, providing learner support and flexible delivery that allows maximum attendance/completion of the learning programme.
