Zoe is an Estée Lauder counter manager who has completed the Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship. Her job role consists of providing expert beauty advice to customers, having the responsibility of ordering stock and managing figures. She decided to undertake the Apprenticeship after it was recommended to her by someone who had previously completed the qualification as she liked the idea of learning whilst working.

During her Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship, Zoe has become fully trained to serve Estée Lauder and Clarins products with high customer service skills and has also learned the wider scope of how the business world works. She now knows the importance of good customer service and how it ties into the success of the company.

As well as progressing within the company, Zoe feels she has also improved her personal skills with regards to makeup, stock control and her IT skills due to continuous use of the till systems. This has been beneficial to her employer due to the growth of Zoe’s customer service skills which has overall, increased sales and success of the business.

Zoe’s now feels more open to learning whilst working as she has improved her skills throughout her Apprenticeship and is keen continue to keep doing so. She is eager to meet all of her targets and to always give customers the best experience she can in store.
