Lukas is studying a level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration with NLTG and is currently enjoying success in both his work and studies with Beagle Orthopaedic in Blackburn.

Beagle Orthopaedic is the UK’s leading manufacturer and provider of Orthopaedic goods, bespoke products, and custom fabrication services. Beagle is a British business that prides itself on innovation, and Lukas has thoroughly enjoyed his time learning on the job.

Within his role at Beagle, Lukas is responsible for customer service and marketing functions, where his duties include updating the e-commerce site, putting orders into the system, and liaising with a variety of customers.

He proudly announces, “Lisa at NLTG was so supportive, and the process of applying through NLTG was so much easier than other ways I had attempted previously. Since working for Beagle, I’ve gained a huge amount of confidence, and my written and verbal communication is so much better.” He highlights his favourite parts of the role, as the diversity of the role and constantly meeting new people.
