Jaimey started her journey at NLTG as one of many apprentices! After recently completing her Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, she is now a full time NLTG employee and an integral member of the Administration/ASET Team. Her duties include answering calls, general reception duties as well as assisting external employers in setting up their Apprenticeship service accounts and while dealing with any queries they may have.

Before joining the NLTG team, Jaimey attended sixth form, and towards the end, began researching the next steps as she knew she didn’t want to continue onto university. Jaimey then spotted NLTG’s vacancy on social media and knew she wanted to apply as NLTG had already been recommended to her by a friend.

Her time at NLTG so far has seen her gain a range of skills alongside her Apprenticeship, such as, telephone techniques, customer service skills, presentation skills, confidence, IT skills and many more.

Jaimey said, “The thing I have enjoyed the most whilst on my Apprenticeship at NLTG is the general day to day feel of the workplace and always feeling like a valuable part of the team. I was never made to feel like my job as an Apprentice was less important than anyone else’s and I learnt new things on a regular basis from people across the business. After expressing my interest in doing more qualifications, I have now been signed onto another Apprenticeship, this time in Customer Service. This will help me develop my skills further and help me continue to progress at NLTG”.
