We are now looking to welcome an enthusiastic and reliable Apprentice into our Finishing Department – a vital stage of production where quality, precision, and attention to detail are key. You will be working directly with the production manager in a small and dedicated factory team.

• Prepare drum shells for finishing using hand and power tools
• Sand surfaces to a smooth, high-quality finish
• Assist in applying lacquers, wraps and other finishes
• Support the polishing and buffing process to achieve a flawless surface
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures
• Learn and apply best practices in quality control and craftsmanship

• Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Willingness to work with your hands and use a variety of tools
• A positive attitude and good team spirit
• Interest in music or instrument manufacturing is a plus, but not essential
