Description

• Be an integral part of the team, on fixed hours.
• Carrying out all types of admin and office duties, answering the phone to landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers, contractors, plus more.
• Also work as part of an exciting existing team, however at times you will be working on your own, therefore you must be confident, outgoing, well presented, reliable and flexible.
• Be expected to wear a company uniform, some of which will be provided.
• Be required to create new property adverts on our property software website, as well as input data and update our property database (CARL).
• Be required to book viewings, property valuations and instructions over the phone and in person in the office.
• Preparing tenancy agreements and pre-tenancy paperwork
• Be required to keep the office tidy at the end of the day and do final, end of day checks.

Requirements

• Full driving license & car owner is preferable (mileage is paid but you will be expected to have the correct business insurance). Anyone without a license or not old enough, must show willing to achieve this in the future.
• Be confident, well presented, professional person who has good communication skills and is at ease dealing with the public in person and on the telephone.
• Must enjoy working with the public.
• Computer literacy and accuracy is desirable as the position involves office use, email, and directly inputting into a property software database whilst liaising with the public on the phone or in person.
• Excellent customer service skills

• Computer literate
