Description

- Document management and organization of project documentation
- Pre-submission administration including data matching
- Post-submission administration
- Accurate data processing using CRM systems
-Communication with customers and other team members to ensure
consistent compliance
- Ensure smooth and timely processes
- Monitor data storage
- Provide customer service and technical support to cultivate
relationships with all customers
- Engage and generate interest in multiple areas of the business
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
